Salam,

These verses of the Quran proved that the Prophet (Pbuh) never married a six-year-old girl.  It is an absurdity because there is the marriage test in the Quran that disqualify any girl to marry unless she is matured, understand the oath in the agreement she is to undertake and is able to manage her own household. There must also be witnesses to confirm she is ready to be solemnized. The command in the Quran is to marry women and not girls. It is therefore a fabrication to say that the Prophet (Pbuh) married a six-year old girl. The truth in the Quran confirmed all of his wives were woman.

The girl must be matured and able to manage her own household

Surah 4:6 Make trial of orphans until they reach the age of marriage; if then ye find sound judgment in them, release their property to them; but consume it not wastefully, nor in haste against their growing up. If the guardian is well-off, Let him claim no remuneration, but if he is poor, let him have for himself what is just and reasonable. When ye release their property to them, take witnesses in their presence: But all-sufficient is Allah in taking account.

She must understand the agreement and agreed

Surah 4:20-21 But if ye decide to take one wife in place of another, even if ye had given the latter a whole treasure for dower, take not the least bit of it back: Would ye take it by slander and manifest wrong? And how could ye take it when ye have gone in unto each other, and they have taken from you a solemn covenant?

She must be a woman

Surah 4:3 If ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly with the orphans, marry WOMEN of your choice, two or three or four; but if ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one, or (a captive) that your right hands possess, that will be more suitable, to prevent you from doing injustice.

All the prophet’s wives were woman (Nissa’a)

Surah 33:32 O Consorts (Nisaa) of the Prophet! Ye are not like any of the (other) women: if ye do fear (Allah), be not too complacent of speech, lest one in whose heart is a disease should be moved with desire: but speak ye a speech (that is) just.

Thus the Hadith written by Persian Bokhari is a fabrication to tarnish the good name of Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh) as it contradicted the description of the Prophet’s wives as depicted were all woman as he obeyed accordingly to the command of Allah in the Quran shown in the above verses. On the contrary the false hadith written by Bokhari and the like of him can be traced to the Bible which do not prohibit underaged child marriage as any virgin girl can be married as shown by the following verses –

1Corithians 7:28 But and if thou marry, thou hast not sinned; and if a virgin marry, she hath not sinned. Nevertheless such shall have trouble in the flesh: but I spare you.

Joel 1:8 Lament like a virgin girded with sackcloth for the husband of her youth. And the definition of “youth” according to the Oxford dictionary is “The period between childhood and adult age”.

The Jewish scriptures also supports underage child marriage as shown by the following verses –

Yebhamot 11b: “Sexual intercourse with a little girl is permitted if she is three years of age.” And also supported at Aboda Sarah 37a: “A gentile girl who is three year old can be violated.”

It can be seen that the Bible and the Jewish scriptures were the sources that supported the hadith written by Bokhari to fabricate the marrying an underage six-year-old Aishah to the Prophet which the Quran clearly refuted by imposing the marriage test qualifications.
